“We really enjoyed our week’s stay at Craggs Cottage. We really appreciated the ease of check in after a long drive up. The cottages were also signposted from the road so easy to find. Upon arrival there was a freshly baked fruit cake waiting for us, which was very much appreciated! The cottage had its charm but was also very well furnished and had everything you could think of. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely and the beds and sofas were so comfortable. Lovely views over the farm’s fields both from the front and back of the property. Another plus for us was a freestanding fridge freezer with plenty of space. We left a day early due to a late night event in Northumberland and we were sad to leave! The property is genuinely the best we’ve stayed out and we would happily return. Thank you to Kirsty for being such a great host!”

“Craggs cottage was the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The beds provided ultimate comfort and the bedding and towels were like new. The garden was perfect too, well maintained and ideal for our dog. The views from the windows and the garden were stunning and we enjoyed watching the sheep. Kirsty welcomed us as we settled in, she was so kind and helpful, such a lovely lady, she had baked us a delicious fruit cake which we enjoyed with our first cup of tea, she certainly is a very good cake baker. I would highly recommend Craggs cottage, it is perfect.”
